S&D Consulting may receive personal information when you voluntarily contact the business, request services, submit a project request, schedule a consultation, approve a project, make a payment, or otherwise communicate with S&D Consulting.

Scheduling through Calendly

Visitors may choose to schedule consultations through Calendly.

When you follow a Calendly link, the information you provide through that service is processed through Calendly and is also made available to S&D Consulting as necessary to schedule and administer the appointment.

Calendly operates under its own privacy policies and terms. Your use of Calendly is also subject to those policies.

Project requests through Google Forms

Project requests may be submitted using Google Forms.

Information entered into a project-request form may be processed and stored through Google services and made available to S&D Consulting for purposes of evaluating, communicating about, scheduling, and performing requested work.

Google's handling of information through its services is governed by Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.

Email communications

The website may provide direct email links allowing visitors to contact S&D Consulting.

When you send an email, information contained in that message is transmitted through your email provider and the email services used by S&D Consulting.

Please use reasonable discretion when sending confidential or sensitive information through ordinary email.

Payments

S&D Consulting does not currently collect or process payment-card information directly through imstanton.com.

When online payment is available, payment may be completed through a third-party payment processor or payment page, including Stripe.

Payment-card information submitted directly to a payment processor is handled by that provider according to its own privacy and security practices. S&D Consulting may receive transaction information necessary for business records, such as payment status, amount, date, customer information, and transaction identifiers, without receiving the complete payment-card credentials processed by the payment provider.

Substack and publications

S&D Consulting may link to publications or other content hosted through Substack.

If you choose to visit, subscribe to, or otherwise interact with a Substack publication, information submitted through Substack is processed according to Substack's own privacy policies and terms.

S&D Consulting does not currently operate a newsletter- subscription form directly through imstanton.com.

Website analytics and tracking

S&D Consulting does not currently use third-party advertising pixels or third-party website analytics tools on imstanton.com.

The website's hosting provider may process ordinary technical information necessary to host, secure, and deliver the website. Depending on the provider's systems, this may include information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, server logs, request information, and security-related data.

If S&D Consulting implements analytics, advertising technologies, or other material tracking technologies in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

S&D Consulting does not currently intentionally use nonessential advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies on imstanton.com.

Basic technologies necessary for website hosting, security, or functionality may be used by the hosting environment or third-party services when you interact with them.
